Luke earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Oregon at Eugene and his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he was a member of the Pro Bono Honors Society. He went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Amsterdam, with a thesis examining the impact of bilateral trade agreements on harmonizing intellectual property standards under the WTO’s TRIPS Agreement. He subsequently earned a second LL.M. through the ITCILO/WIPO Academy in partnership with the University of Turin, focusing on international intellectual property law; his thesis was cited in a United Nations trade report.
Drawing on his international experience and observations of the evolving cannabis and technology sectors, Luke founded his law office to help entrepreneurs, creators, and emerging technology companies protect their intellectual property while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
